House description
Our "fisherman's house" is located in Saint Guénolé at the commune of Penmarch in Brittany.
Ideally located at 100m from the sea and the famous rocks of Saint Guénolé. The shops are 200m away, and the beach of Pors Carn is 1km away.
The house of about 70m2 is composed of a kitchen and a living room on the ground floor, as well as a toilet and a large garage. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms and a shower room.

A large garage is available, perfect for storing bicycles, surfboards and more.
A washing machine is available in the garage.
Accessibility for people with disabilities:
The house is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
We provide an accessible welcome booklet, a remote control with large keys and contrasted for the visually impaired.
We provide flash systems, doorbells, fire alarms, baby call transmitters for the deaf and hard of hearing.
Reception and communication are possible in French Sign Language.
Possibility of adapting the reception for people with attention deficit disorders. (ADD)
